ORDER CONFIRMATION
• We will always confirm your order by email.
• Please ensure you submit the correct email address.
(These emails do not need a reply unless your goods are not received.)
DESPATCH TIMESCALE
• Items are usually sent the same or following day after your order is received if in stock.
• All other items are usually sent within 48 Hours unless out of stock.
• Each product displayed on our site will usually have an availability guide.
• This availability is a guide only and not a guarantee.
RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
• Please note that a majority of deliveries are sent by Courier and MUST be signed for.
• If you have any special requirements, please ensure you leave details in the comments section of your order or call us to make us aware of the details.
• Please note that a charge may apply for special arrangements.
PRICES
• All prices on our website are believed to be correct at time of checkout - should there be any error we shall contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Contract is not made until goods have been dispatched.
• Prices may be changed at any time.
• All prices quoted are inclusive of Vat (17.5%).
• The only additional charge above the price quoted for the item is a carriage charge and an optional additional charge for a next day delivery or specially timed delivery.
RETURNING GOODS
• Faulty/damaged items
• All of our products are covered by at least a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage.
• Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure goods are in good condition.
• Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
• This return cost should not exceed £7.50 without authorisation from us as we may opt to arrange for a collection of the item.
• Please note that collections can only be arranged for certain items.
• Items ordered but not required may be returned providing that you do so within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in original packaging.
• Used items etc cannot be returned.

• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns so please ensure you return them via an appropriate courier or insured method as we do not accept any liability until received by us.
• Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned.
• Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements the delivery charge is non-refundable in the event of a return for any reason.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
• Please email us with your full details and your order reference.
• Orders can only be cancelled providing despatch has not occurred.
• If you wish to cancel after despatch please see the above FAQ.
